- Repeated unwanted contact after a user has disengaged
Be honest and accurate
- Provide truthful information in your profile
- Do not misrepresent your skills, experience, or availability
- Do not impersonate another person or organisation
Appropriate use only
- Use the platform solely for job-sharing and employment-related purposes
- Do not use the platform for solicitation, spam, or unrelated commercial activity
Safety & reporting
Messaging and contact details
- Messaging takes place within the platform
- Users may choose to share contact details at their own discretion
- We encourage users to take care when sharing personal information
Blocking
- You can block another user at any time
- Blocking prevents further contact and messaging
Reporting concerns
If you experience or observe behaviour that violates our guidelines, you can report it directly within the platform.
Reports may include:
- Harassment or abuse
- Inappropriate or unsafe behaviour
- Suspicious or misleading activity
We review all reports and take appropriate action.
Trust & safety for employers
Employers using the platform are expected to:
- Use candidate information solely for legitimate recruitment purposes
- Comply with all applicable employment, discrimination, and privacy laws
- Treat candidates fairly, respectfully, and professionally
- Avoid requesting unnecessary personal or sensitive information
- Understand that job-share arrangements involve two individuals collaborating in good faith
The platform does not guarantee employment outcomes or candidate compatibility.
CVs & public profiles
Job seeker profiles are public to other users and employers on the platform.
If you upload a CV:
- You are responsible for its contents
- We strongly recommend removing personal information such as:
- Home address
- Phone numbers
- Date of birth
- Government ID numbers
By uploading a CV, you consent to it being viewed by other users and employers.
Enforcement & accountability
We reserve the right to take action where our Trust & Safety policies are breached, including:
- Issuing warnings
- Temporarily restricting accounts
- Suspending or permanently removing users
- Removing content that violates our guidelines
In serious cases, or where required by law, we may cooperate with relevant authorities.
