Create a profile
Creating a profile is easy, some fields are mandatory, others are not.. but the more info you fill in, the better your chances are of finding your job share matches!
Role(s) Sought
Make sure you enter all variations of the role name that you are seeking e.g. marketing manager, brand manager etc. We look for an exact match when suggesting job share buddies.. so the more the merrier!
Work Area
Make sure you enter all work areas that you’d like to work in, this is also a field we will match exactly.
Work Type
The matching criteria will allow matches between fully office-based and hybrid users, and remote-only users will match between themselves.
Find your new work wife or husband!
Browse matches
You’ll be shown matches based on our matching criteria, there are several core components that require exact matches, and any other elements that match are a bonus!
Have a sticky beak
Browse user profiles – check out their experience, skills and why they want to work part time.
New match emails
Don’t let you your job share buddy slip through your fingers, sign up for new match emails!
How do i contact my job share buddy?
Message and pair up!
Found someone that you think you could work with? Excellent! Send them a message!
Send message
Click ‘send message’ at the bottom of a user’s profile to begin chatting.
Messages tab
Click ‘Messages’ in the top menu bar to see all messages you have with other users.
Messaging features
If someone isn’t what you thought you thought they’d be, you can delete conversations and even block users.

You’ve connected with your job share buddy/ies, and your pair up is official, now it’s time to apply for jobs!
